Sr. Program Manager, Wondery
Wondery (An Amazon Company) is looking for a talented, seasoned, and detail-oriented Program Manager to join the Product and Technology team.
This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a wide range of technical and operational programs that involve both Wondery and Amazon Music teams.
In this role, you will oversee projects from inception through delivery, engage with executive stakeholders, track progress of key deliverables, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects.

As a Program Manager, you will work with the Product and Technology teams to own and drive a portfolio of technology implementation and operational programs for Wondery.
You will be tasked to work with different internal and external teams to identify program strategy and manage project deliverables with limited guidance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in technology organizations, be passionate about serving their clients, have excellent problem solving abilities, and be able to influence without authority across all levels of the organizational hierarchy.
About the hiring groupThe Product and Technology team at Wondery is responsible for a wide range of functions, including development and operation of Wondery's subscription membership product, Wondery+, analytics and research, publishing operations, customer service, and enterprise IT initiatives.
External customers and stakeholders include listeners to Wondery podcasts, Wondery
subscribers, and partners who create content distributed by Wondery.
Internal customers and stakeholders include the broader Wondery and Amazon Music organizations, as well as IT stakeholders at Amazon.
Job responsibilities Own and drive cross-functional execution for enterprise-impacting program deliverables for the Wondery team, including migration to Amazon-internal and Amazon-approved third-party technology providers for email, messaging, storage, and collaboration Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit.
Develop and own communication plans for communicating program status, big picture, challenges, and risks to stakeholders effectively and proactively.
Drive complex technical discussions with audiences of varying technical and subject matter backgrounds.
Work with both internal and external vendor resources to ensure on-time completion, deliver desired business results, and ensure proper end-to-end functionality.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
