Senior Director, M&A

Candle Media, LLC seeks a Senior Director, M&A to manage and oversee all aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transaction processes through cross-functional due diligence. Develop financial models, forecast plans, and drive the integration process. Manage financial strategy across any transactions including content, products, operations, technology, sales, and marketing. Drive financial analyses for new acquisition opportunities, proactively analyzing business performance and key metrics to provide analytical and strategic positions. Analyze market opportunities, participate in scenario planning, and drive the short- and long-term financial plans of the business and subsidiaries. Manage a high performing team, coaching and mentoring across the department. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience advising on M&A and capital markets transactions in the entertainment and media industry. Experience must include a minimum of:
5 years of experience forecasting for funding requirements; 5 years of experience analyzing cash flow models, building financial models, leading financial diligence for corporate restructuring or M&A; 5 years of experience analyzing business performance and key metrics to provide analytical and strategic positioning; 5 years of experience identifying strategic alternatives and developing discounted cash flow, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses; and 5 years of experience creating marketing materials and prospectus. #LI-DNI
