Job Description:
As a Host/Greeter at The Wild, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
Managing the guest list, reservations, and seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of guests.
Providing information about the bar's offerings, specials, and events to guests.
Assisting with coat check and other guest services as needed.
Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure excellent guest experiences.
Representing The Wild on social media platforms, including Instagram, to engage with guests and promote the bar's image.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a host, greeter, or in a customer-facing role.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Outgoing, charismatic, stylish, and not shy, with the ability to engage with people.
Knowledge of West Hollywood nightlife and trends is a plus.
Must be comfortable using social media platforms, especially Instagram.
