Job Overview The Production Coordinator is a supporting role for the production of a wide variety of events, dinners and brand activations.
The ideal candidate is hard-working, has heart and hustles.
You have experience working in Keynote and will be able to juggle multiple priorities and hit deadlines.
You have impeccable attention to detail and great follow up.
You're a self-starter who is able to work with a small team and over communicate to larger teams.
The Production Coordinator reports to the Producer.
Job Description Be a voice in the strategic planning phase of upcoming projects/events.
Includes research (as needed) and creation of pitch and activation decks.
Help create and adhere to project timelines for project deliverables Update activation deck daily per client feedback, internal updates, or vendor updates Organizing venue photos, venue info, flow within decks Maintain all production internal grids and databases Manage storage inventory database and ordering of event related items Keeping notes on all production calls and following up and coordinating and scheduling production related calls as relevant Assist in various aspects of the event planning & production, including sourcing vendors, handling floor plans, run of show creation, production booklets and on site logistics.
Assist with pre production load in and post production load out.
Qualifications
Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum 2 years of agency experience Excellent (written and verbal) communication and organization skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment with tight deadlines Ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects at any given time Proficient in Keynote.
Familiar with Google Suites and online tools and apps, e.
