THE ROLE Seeking a motivated individual to join the e-commerce team as a temporary Customer Service Coordinator.
This role will be responsible for providing a best in class customer service experience for all inquiries.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING? Channel your inner rockstar and handle all customer service inquiries through phone and email, with style and speed.
Become the expert on our products and use your knowledge to recommend the perfect gear for our customers.
Show legendary customer service at all times, even when dealing with the trickiest situations (returns, damaged gear, you name it).
