Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the founder, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings - Perform clerical duties such as responding to emails, and handling correspondence - Conduct research and gather information as needed - Build presentation decks from templates - Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness - Manage LinkedIn account and utilise for prospecting - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations - Handle confidential information with discretion Requirements:
- Previous experience in a creative/digitial environment is preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite, Keynote, Adobe - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Customer service-oriented with excellent meeting skills and etiquette - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Proactive problem-solving skills Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position.
