Ad Ops Program Manager, Wondery

WONDERY is looking for a full-time Advertising Operations Producer to join the Los Angeles Ad Sales & Operations Team.
This role works cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are set up for success by liaising between the ad sales team, agencies, clients, and the hosts of podcasts on Wondery's network to ensure effective copy delivery, internal database management, and distribution of campaign assets to third-party systems.
We are looking for a hyper-organized self-starter, who learns swiftly, thinks critically and is enthusiastic about working with a quickly-growing global brand.

New York, New York , Los Angeles, California Key job responsibilitiesCoordinate creative asset production and delivery between clients and podcasts hostsTraffic and QA campaigns/creatives to ensure high-quality adsTroubleshoot delivery and creative issuesManage workflow to ensure deadlines are met and campaigns have successful outcomesPartner closely with Sales Operations and Campaign Management teams to monitor creative implementation and executionBuild customer relationships, acting as day-to-day point of contact during post-sales cycleCopywrite as neededAbout the teamWondery is a premium podcast studio known for character-driven, binge-worthy stories including Dr Death, The Shrink Next Door, Even the Rich and Killer Psyche.
