WONDERY is looking for a full-time Advertising Operations Coordinator to join the Los Angeles Ad Sales & Operations Team.
This role works cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are set up for success by liaising between the ad sales team, agencies, clients, and the hosts of podcasts on Wondery's network to ensure effective brand onboarding, product coordination and delivery, internal database management, and distribution of campaign assets to third-party systems.
We are looking for a hyper-organized self-starter, who learns swiftly, thinks critically and is enthusiastic about working with an industry-leading global brand.
Key job responsibilitieso Coordinate onboarding calls between clients and podcast hostso Coordinate product delivery to ensure a high-quality endorsemento Traffic and QA campaigns/creativeso Troubleshoot delivery and creative issueso Manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met and campaigns have successful outcomeso Partner closely with Sales Operations team to monitor creative implementation and flawless executiono Build customer relationships, acting as day-to-day point of contact during post-sales cycleAbout the teamWondery is a premium podcast studio known for character-driven, binge-worthy stories including Dr Death, The Shrink Next Door, Even the Rich and Killer Psyche.
