Wondery Staff Producer/Writer (New Shows), Wondery
Job summaryWondery is looking for a writer / producer to help launch and manage its slate of new ongoing weekly shows, such as Against the Odds, Even the Rich and others.
We are looking for a candidate who loves non-fiction character-driven audio storytelling and understands how to convey complex information in a dramatic, accurate, and emotionally engaging way.
You will work closely with the rest of the New Shows team as well as external creators, hosts and sound designers to launch, produce and grow our existing shows.

Work with writers and editors to establish framing, structure, and tone for multi-episode season arcs of up to 40,000 words Help source diverse writers and voice talent Write 400 word story beats and single episodes.

Work with Senior Producer and Production Manager to help manage all logistics in launching a show including folder and Dropbox organization, production calendar, researching story arcs, assembling episodes, to meet all deadlines on a fast-paced scheduleA day in the life You will own a new series soup to nuts - from concept to execution and beyondAbout the teamWONDERY (An Amazon company) is one of the largest podcast publishers in the US.
