Product Operations Manager
Job summaryWondery (an Amazon company) is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized product operations manager with experience in digital media and subscription to manage the day-to-day product ops of our in-market mobile and web products.
In this role, you will work closely with product, marketing and engineering teams to coordinate and execute go-to market activities, campaign marketing support and tackle product operational challenges to ensure our customers experience is running smoothly.
You will support product by identifying product gaps, suggesting product optimizations, and triaging product issues flagged by our customer support team and internal stakeholders.
You will collaborate with marketing to deploy product features and functionality that support campaign and launch activities.

You will ideally be an avid podcast listener!You must have experience writing bug reports, user-stories, gathering product requirements, and developing and executing operational tasks.
Key job responsibilities Manage and maintain Wondery's product operation capabilities Help gather product requirements, optimize product operations processes and features, and triage in-market product issues Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including marketing, product, engineering, analytics and more to build and deliver operational support Evangelize the capabilities of our product tech stack with stakeholders, providing training and support as needed Coordinate with vendors to stay abreast of current/upcoming features that may improve our product operations Stay abreast of industry trends and make recommendations for alternatives to grow or improve our our product tech capabilities.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
